Jessica A. Desany graduated cum laude from the University of Notre Dame du lac in 1995 with a B.A. in English. She graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law in 1998.

Mrs. Desany practices primarily in the areas of civil litigation, including actions defending claims of personal injury, premises liability, insurance coverage, product liability, medical malpractice, and construction-related injuries.

She is admitted to the New York State Bar and is a member of the New York State, Albany County, and Rensselaer County Bar Associations. Mrs. Desany is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern and Western Districts of New York, and in the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.

Mrs. Desany is also a member of the Defense Research Institute, and is both a member and Board Member of the Defense Research Institute of Northeastern New York.
