Charles Z. Feldman graduated from Tufts University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in History in 2000. He received his J.D. from Albany Law School of Union University in 2004. While attending Albany Law School, Mr. Feldman participated in various moot court competitions, and was an octofinalist in the Domenick L. Gabrielli Appellate Advocacy Competition.
Mr. Feldman also served as a legal aide in the New York State Attorney General’s Bureau of Consumer Frauds and Protections, and as an intern for the Honorable Lawrence E. Kahn of the Northern District of New York, a federal court. Before entering law school, Charles served as a production assistant both for a nationally aired documentary, I’m on the Ballot, and to the television newsmagazine, Dateline NBC. Prior to joining Carter Conboy, Mr. Feldman worked with a firm in Latham, New York where his practice concentrated on commercial litigation and intellectual property law.
Mr. Feldman is admitted to practice before all New York State Courts as well as the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York. Mr. Feldman practices primarily in the field of civil litigation, including personal and premises liability. He is an active member of the Young Lawyers Section of the New York State Bar Association, a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and the Albany County Bar Association.
