Catherine P. Ham graduated from Franklin & Marshall College in 2002 with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and graduated cum laude from Albany Law School of Union University in 2006. While in law school, Ms. Ham served as a judicial intern to New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division Justice Bernard Malone and was a member of the Albany Law School chapter of the American Inns of Court. In addition, Ms. Ham is a member of the Justinian Society.

She was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2007 and is a member of the Albany County, New York State and American Bar Associations. Ms. Ham practices primarily in the areas of civil litigation, including actions defending claims of personal injury, insurance coverage, medical malpractice, and construction-related injuries.
