PROFILE

Benjamin A. Lee, a member of the Gamma Sigma Alpha National Honor Society, graduated from St. Lawrence University, Canton, NY with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Government.  He received his Juris Doctor Degree from Albany Law School, graduating with a concentration in Health Law with Honors. 

During his attendance at Albany Law School, Mr. Lee was the President of the Health Law Society and a senior editor of the Albany Law Review.  Mr. Lee was also an intern at the Albany Law Clinic and Justice Center during his second year at Albany Law and has clerked at several Capital Region law firms. 

Mr. Lee is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.  He practices in the areas of civil litigation defense and health care law.
