Brian D. Carr graduated cum laude from St. Lawrence University in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. He graduated with a Master of Business Administration in International Business Management and Marketing in 2001 from Loyola University of Chicago. In 2006 he graduated from Albany Law School. Mr. Carr was a Finalist, and the winner of the "Best Oral Advocate Award," in the 2004 Domenick Gabrielli Appellate Advocacy Moot Court Competition, and in the Spring of 2005 he was the recipient of the David A. Wanger Memorial Award. He was a Competitor in the 2005 University of Cincinnati National Products Liability Moot Court Competition, and in 2006 he was the Team Coach for that competition. Mr. Carr was selected to compete for Albany Law School at the ATLA National Trial Competition in Philadelphia, PA, and he was inducted into the National Order of the Barristers. Mr. Carr is also an FAA licensed commercial pilot with instrument and multi-engine ratings.
Mr. Carr practices primarily in the field of general civil litigation defense, including professional malpractice, premises liability, personal injury liability, and products liability.
