Terence S. Hannigan is a 1982 graduate of St. Bonaventure University, where he was a member of Delta Epsilon Sigma. He received his J.D. in 1985 from Albany Law School of Union University, and was admitted to the bars of New York State and U.S. District Court, Northern District of New York in 1986. He is a frequent speaker at New York State Bar Association continuing legal education seminars and is a member of the Committee on Character and Fitness for the Appellate Division, Third Judicial Department.
Mr. Hannigan practices primarily in the field of civil litigation, including actions involving personal injury, construction accidents, construction law, products liability, and insurance coverage. As a New York State Emergency Medical Technician and Volunteer Firefighter, his practice also includes litigation and regulatory matters involving EMS providers, fire departments, municipalities, and hospitals.
