Jonathan E. Hansen is a magna cum laude graduate of the State University of New York at Albany, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Theory. He received a Juris Doctor degree from Albany Law School, graduating magna cum laude. During law school, Mr. Hansen served as a Senior Editor on the Albany Law Review and interned for the Honorable Lawrence E. Kahn, United States District Court for the Northern District of New York. Upon his graduation, Mr. Hansen was inducted into the Justinian Society for excellence in legal scholarship.
Mr. Hansen is admitted to practice in New York, the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. He practices in the area of civil litigation.
