James E. Lonano graduated from Fordham University, College at Rose Hill in 2003 with a B.A. in History. Upon his graduation, he worked for two years as a Trial Preparation Assistant in Trial Bureau 50 at the New York County District Attorney’s Office.
Mr. Lonano received his law degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School in 2008. While attending UB Law, he was the President of the Buffalo Moot Court Board and a competitor in the Herbert Wechsler National Criminal Law Moot Court Competition. Mr. Lonano was awarded the Robert J. Connelly Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy and was inducted into the Order of Barristers National Honor Society. Mr. Lonano is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and practices primarily in the field of civil litigation.
