Luke C. Davignon graduated from the United States Coast Guard Academy, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Management in 1999. Following graduation he served as a Coast Guard Officer for 5 years in assignments including Deck Watch Officer on a medium endurance cutter, Instructor at Coast Guard Officer Candidate School and Boat Division Officer at a Port Security Unit.
Mr. Davignon received his J.D. from Albany Law School where he graduated cum laude in 2007. While attending Albany Law School, Mr. Davignon participated in the Senior Prize Trials competition, was an associate editor on the Journal of Science and Technology and interned for the Honorable Bernard Malone, Jr., New York State Supreme Court, Albany County.
Mr. Davignon is admitted to practice in New York and Connecticut State Courts, the Northern District of New York, and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. He practices primarily in the field of civil litigation.
