Edward M. Connell is a 1995 graduate of the State University of New York at Albany and a 2000 graduate of Albany Law School. He was admitted to the New York State bar in 2001 and currently practices in New York State and Federal Courts. Mr. Connell became an Associate of the firm in 2006.
Mr. Connell practices primarily in the field of creditors' rights litigation, including mortgage foreclosure, replevin, bankruptcy, and the enforcement of civil judgments. He also has experience in general real property litigation, as well as residential and commercial real property transactions.
